Sometimes all you want is a half hour in a cool place, a chance to calm down, to find a way to recharge. Art Break has your solution with our Midtown pick: an exhibit at Scandinavia House. This stunning collection of art from the Finnish National Gallery will refresh your spirit, leaving you energized and ready to face the world again. As our bonus tip, we recommend the free tour offered at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays to learn more about the artists and their influences. And as always, all our listings are free admission.

Who: Maira Kalman: The Elements of Style and Darling Dorset

What: All 57 paintings used to illustrate the text of The Elements of Style and a separate collection of works from a trip to Dorset, England
