Conrad Sewell Turns Heads with All I Know – EP Review

Amber Williams, Contributing Writer, January 21, 2016

The London-born, Australia-raised singer and songwriter Conrad Sewell turns heads with his new EP All I Know, as he produces a unique sound to align with his soulful voice. Sewell exposes his brilliance and has shown that this upcoming vocalists rules.

Throughout the EP Conrad presents what he can do with the gift he has been given. Who You Lovin has a pop/funk beat that echoes Michael Jackson all around. As the song plays you can’t help but picture an incredible dance number surrounded by these waves of vocals. But then Conrad amazes listeners towards the end with an acoustic Firestone, proving it to be as worthy as the original by Kygo. It’s pleasurable, intimate and breaks all the barriers of love.

This EP is all about style; how he plays with it and how he makes others love it. Each song has catchy choruses and melodies that make you want to listen all day. It’s new, pure talent that deserves to be heard from all over.

Conrad Sewell will be performing at Webster Hall on Wednesday, January 19, 2016 with Jess Glynne. He will be also making an appearance with Kygo on Thursday, January 20, 2016 at the Barclays Center.
