Midsummer Night Swing at Lincoln Center

Damrosch Bandshell, Lincoln Center

West 62nd Street and Amsterdam Avenue

For three weeks (July 27 through July 15) the Damrosch Bandshell at Lincoln Center becomes an outdoor dance hall when Midsummer Night Swing hosts a variety of dance bands for this series. The music presented brings everything from Swing to Salsa, Disco to Tango, and Rock n’ Roll and Rhythm and Blues, to the starlit venue.

The dance floor opens at 6:00pm with an optional group dance lesson from 6:30pm — 7:15pm. The band starts playing at 7:30pm for two one-hour sets (7:30pm — 8:30pm; and 9:00pm — 10:00pm), with a break in between.  For the fifth year in a row there will be a “silent disco” from 10:00pm — 11:30pm (headset rental available); dates: June 29 and July 8.
