Update: Lineups…Save That Date: NYC Winter Jazzfest January 8-10

Think the brutal cold of New York in January can keep musicians and crowds off the streets and huddled under blankets at home? Think again. Now in its 11th year, the amazing NYC Winter Jazzfest (hands down the best festival for jazz in the entire year in New York) takes over the city at several local clubs for three days of artists from the city and around the world. Save those dates and stay tuned to the lineups still being worked on. Oh, and also, get into the shows you want to early, otherwise you’ll be standing in an outdoors line in the frigid weather.

UPDATE: The lineups have seen set at several different venues in Greenwich Village. For more updated information, go the website and at the end of this note check out the eleven spaces where the shows will take place from early evening till the early hours the next day.
