Orchestra of St. Luke’s and Heras-Casado play Mozart and Beethoven at Carnegie

Carnegie Hall

7th Avenue at 57th Street, New York, NY 10019

Click here for tickets as OSL’s fiery conductor laureate Pablo Heras-Casado opens its season at Carnegie with Mozart’s Great Mass in C Minor, joined by Camilla Tilling, Susanna Phillips, Thomas Cooley, Michael Samuel and Westminster Symphonic Choir in a performance that will be a season highlight. We reviewed OSL last year here. OSL accompanies vocal works like few other orchestras. Heras-Casado opens the program with Beethoven Symphony No. 1. Orchestra of St. Luke’s is a New York treasure, and I for one, wouldn’t miss a performance by this organization. A pre-concert talk starts at 7pm in Stern Auditorium.
